NGC Price Guide

I know most all of us know about the PCGS price guide, but I found the numismedia price guide earlier and it's supposed to be the official price list for all NGC graded coins.

MS65 Common SAINTS are $2600 now and rising.

I believe you are correct. Saints have been some of the best performing coins out there.

PCGS also just put out a new service called coinfacts for $10 a month. Has all auction results in it also! I use auction results, ebay an then a little greysheet.

Numismedia is known to be on the high side

Is anyone a member of NGC? If so how much is it to become one?
Thanks! I have heard PCGS is harder to join and more expensive. I have some gold pre 1933 for sale I am considering grading a few.

That was my impression as well.

I tend to use Ebay to see what a coin is really worth in the open market.

I belong to NGC, the first level is free, the next (which I belong to) is $39/yr. You'll get a nice package upon joining with all of the information about them as well as (I believe) two forms for submitting items for grading. Here's the site;

http://www.collectors-society.com/

There are five sites that you can access from here. All affiliated with NGC.

Any questions? Fire away and I'll try to guide you to the proper URL.
